Fee and cancelation policy.

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality  services. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to effectively manage our schedule, we have established the following fees and policies:

Fees
All course fees are in euros (€).

We offer a range of wellness services to support your journey:

• Workshops: Our engaging and informative workshops cover various aspects of well-being. Please see the individual workshop flyer for specific pricing details.
• All 1-hour sessions (Zoom Energy Medicine, Acupuncture, Mental Health Coaching): €80

Policies

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as it does not allow sufficient time to offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled. However, repeated rescheduling is not permitted.

Individual Sessions (Zoom Energy Medicine, Acupuncture, Mental Health Coaching):

• We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled. However, repeated rescheduling is not permitted.

Workshops:

• Client Cancellation:
  • If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop, please notify us as soon as possible.
    • Cancellations made with more than 10 days’ notice will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made with less than 10 days’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the event that you cancel your workshop attendance, you may transfer your place to another person, provided you notify us of the new attendee’s details at least o0 days before the workshop.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any costs you may incur, including but not limited to, flights, accommodation, or other related expenses.
• Workshop Cancellation by Us:
  • In the event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund of their workshop fees only
  • If you re booking flights or accomadtion please use your own insurance.

Payment Policy

• Payment for all services, including individual sessions and workshops, is due at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

• We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is a result of events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule the affected services or provide a refund at our discretion.

Changes to Services

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or workshop, or to change the schedule or content, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any such changes whenever possible.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information relevant to their wellness journey.
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments.
• Communicating any concerns or issues related to the services promptly. This includes promptly informing us of any changes in your physical or emotional condition or mental health that may affect your ability to participate in a session or workshop. It also includes raising any questions or concerns about the service itself, or our policies, as soon as they arise.
• Treating me and other clients with respect and courtesy. This means being considerate of others’ feelings, avoiding disruptive behaviour, and refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language. In a group setting, such as a workshop, it’s important to create a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
