“I’m fine.” But I’m exhausted.

Three short practices for when you’re too tired to stop.

Each one takes a minute or two, and you can do it right where you are. Enter your name and email and the guide is yours straight away.

You’ll also receive occasional emails from Helen. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

A gentler approach

You've been holding it all together for a long time.

You're capable. You're caring. You get on with things.

But perhaps lately, it's taking more effort than it used to.

You may feel tired, overwhelmed, flat, stuck, or simply not quite like yourself. You might know that something needs to change, but not know where to begin.

My work is about helping you restore your energy, understand what your body and mind are telling you, and begin moving towards a life that feels more like your own again.

What if you really were fine?

Change doesn't always arrive in big, dramatic moments. Sometimes you notice it in the ordinary things you begin to enjoy again.

01

Rebuild your energy

You begin to look forward to getting out of bed and to the day ahead. You have more energy, not just for the things that need doing, but for the things you want to do.

02

Reconnect with your inner wisdom

As your energy returns, you begin to hear your own inner guidance again. You listen to your needs, recognise your limits and find it easier to say no when you need to. You can focus for longer, and decisions don't seem quite so difficult.

03

Reclaim your happiness

You find yourself enjoying time with people again, at home, at work and in your community. The small pleasures in life begin to matter again. You look towards the future with more hope, and slowly, you begin to experience a greater sense of inner peace, even when life is challenging.

And one day, someone asks how you are.

You say, “I'm fine.” And you realise you mean it.

“Helen helped me see the light in the darkest moments, and in doing so I've been able to live beyond the pain and learn to enjoy life more.”

Meet Helen McCrarren

For more than 30 years, I worked in mental health, supporting people through difficult times. I saw extraordinary courage, but I also saw how exhaustion could leave capable, caring people struggling to trust themselves.

Today, I bring that experience together with Energy Medicine, acupuncture, mindfulness, EFT and creative journaling. My approach starts with what's strong, not what's wrong. It's about helping you rebuild your energy and find your way forward.
